Our end of lease cleaning service is reliable, and flexibly coordinated with your move, ensuring your move-out runs as smoothly as possible.

HOME CLEANING SERVICES

Also sometimes referred to as a spring clean or one-off-clean.

 

This is a one off service that AP can provide you when your home needs a ‘re-fresh’. Whatever the reason or occasion our team can arrange a customised service to suit you. Our one-off spring cleaning services is designed specifically to rejuvenate your home efficiently, effectively and affordably.

 

Minimum service of three hours is preferred.

 

A one off clean may includes:

• Dusting and polishing of furniture

• Vacuuming

• Mopping wooden and tiled floors

• Cleaning bathroom

• Cleaning and disinfecting the toilets

• Cleaning the laundry

• Cleaning the kitchen bench

• Cleaning the kitchen sink

• Cleaning the splash-back

 

Alternatively we can work with you to arrange specific tasks to be undertaken.

MAID SERVICES

We are able to help out with those bothersome chores you've been putting off. Put your feet up and let us do them for you.

POST BUILDER CLEAN / OPEN HOUSE CLEAN

• cleaning of windows sills and frames from the inside

• de-liming and scaling of tiles, showers, and bathroom fixtures

• spot cleaning of walls and ceilings

• deep cleaning of kitchen including cupboards, drawers, cooking & electrical appliances.

*The Bond Back guarantee is limited to the extent that the property is cleaned to the standard of the property manager, it excludes damage caused to the property that would not reasonably be expected to be cleaned by the cleaner. Where a property manager notes that an item/s is not cleaned to the expected standard the cleaner will return to the property to clean the item/s free of charge. Under no circumstances will AP Professional cleaning services reimburse any or all of a Bond amount where a property owner withholds any or all of the Bond amount.
